Relevant Experience: Ms. Lank has over 15 years of industrial experience, which includes managing entire environmental systems for automotive paint resin manufacturing and automotive assembly facilities. Previously she was Manager of Environmental Affairs for the Automotive Coatings Division of Morton International, Inc. Her responsibilities included environmental management of six U.S. and Canadian coatings manufacturing facilities.
Ms. Lank was also a Senior Environmental Engineer for 4 years at Subaru-Isuzu Automotive, Inc. (SIA). At SIA she was responsible for managing all the environmental affairs and emergency response for the $600 million, 54 acre automotive assembly plant. Prior to SIA, Ms. Lank was an engineer for 4 years at the General Motors Corporation, Pontiac Fiero Plant. She was responsible for all environmental issues affecting the manufacturing facility and powerhouse.
Ms. Lank has conducted and led many ISO 14001 audits at Ford and Honda facilities in North America. She is also an experienced lead instructor on various ISO 14000 related training courses.
